Most frequent questions and answers
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or have just changed your mind, you may request to exchange the item within 7 days of delivery of your order.
However, must return it in the same condition as you received it. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received:
- All packaging such as boxes, bags and tags
- All accessories included in the packaging such as the wheel cap.
- Certificates, manuals and warranty cards
- Wheels must have not been used
- Wheels must have not been fitted with tyres.
Be aware of:
- Items on sales will not be accepted returns.
- Wheels coloured blue, red, white and copa are not eligible for return or exchange as they are customised items.
- Items damaged or modified by customer may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- No refund is available, LBM will only exchange or give store credit.
Do not send any item back before communicating with our team. Items returned without LBM consent may be returned back to the customer.

If you have received an item and found it to be faulty, you can request a return or exchange if the following conditions are satisfied:
- Notify LBM within 7 days after delivery
- Provide a valid proof of purchase
- The item must have not been used
- The item has not been altered or damaged
- The original packaging is still available

Step 2: Our team will respond your email within 48 hours.
Step 3: In the email you will find all instructions how to proceed with the refund and shipping.
Step 4: Once the item arrives to our storage our team will check items condition and if items are in original conditions a refund will be processed within 15 days. Otherwise, if any issues you will be contacted by our team to discuss.
If the customer decides to exchange an item, he will be responsible for all costs of return.
However, if the item is being return due to faulty issue LBM will cover transport costs for return.
Yes, if fitment is not appropriated to your car model you can exchange it if return conditions are satisfied.
If you are unsure about what fitment is best for your car model, please send us an email that we will help you to choose the right fitment.
Yes, if you cancel your order within 3 days after completing your purchase you will receive 100% of your money back. After, the period of 3 days LBM can give you a store credit to choose another item if the item is not a customised item.
Wheels coloured, such as blue, red, white and copa are considered as a customised item.
Yes, You can collect your product at our physical store , just select pick up at LBM when completing your purchase. If you desire get your wheels fitting in your car , contact us to make a booking.
Products in stock will be dispatched within 4 days. If the item is not in stock a back order will be added and we will notify you via email an estimated time of arrival (ETA). It usually takes 4 to 6 weeks.
